ER&L 2012
The 2012 Conference will be held online and at the AT&T Conference Center in Austin, Texas from April 2 to 4, 2012 with conference workshops taking place on Sunday, April 1st and Wednesday, April 4th. We look forward to your participation online and in Austin.
Online Conference
Engage with your peers and join in ER&L dialogue. This year's online conference will include live webcasting all 3 days of ER&L. Learn more and see a demonstration on ER&L's website.
Registration
Registration at the Late Ticket types entitle you to:
- Access to ER&L Programming during the 3-day conference
- Access to the Exhibitors Reception
- All day snack and beverages conveniently on-site during all days of the meeting
Accomodations
The AT&T Conference Center has sold out. ER&L reserved the largest block of rooms ever to accommodate as many on-site attendees as possible, and due to record early attendance numbers, the center has sold out. Excellent hotels exist near the University campus and some suggestions have been posted at our site. No additional housing blocks have been established.
Workshops
Workshops are an excellent complement to your ER&L experience. View the full descriptions here. Workshops are planned from 1-5pm on Sunday, April 1st and Wednesday, April 4th.

About ER&L
The goal of the ER&L Conference is to bring together information professionals from libraries and related industries to improve the way we collect, manage, maintain, and make accessible electronic resources in an ever-changing online environment. This is a forum to solve problems, evaluate lesson's learned and make connections with vendors and other library professionals in an informal and interactive format.
ER&L allows for cross-pollination of ideas across fields of librarianship not often brought together in traditional public services or technical services conferences.
Refund Policy
ER&L will allow a 50% refund for those written refund requests that are sent before February 15, 2012 at 5pm and only apply to Workshops, Early, Student and Regular registration types.
Due to the late nature of the fee type, no refunds will be issued for Late registrants.
